Partner Jet Corp. Announces Change of Directors and Officers

Partner Jet Corp. (TSX VENTURE:PJT) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Kevin
Heitman has resigned as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the
Company effective December 1, 2010 and a search for his replacement is underway.
The Company thanks Mr. Heitman for his significant contributions to the Company
during the two time periods he occupied the role of President. Until a permanent
replacement is found, Mr. Ian McDougall assumes the role of interim President
and Chief Executive Officer.
