Bassett Media Group Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BMG) wishes to announce
that Mr. Adam Szweras has resigned from the Company's board of directors due to
a limitation on his availability because of other commitments. The Company would
like to thank Mr. Szweras for his service as director and wishes him the best in
his future endeavors. Bassett Media has no immediate plans to fill the vacancy
in the board left by Mr. Szweras's departure.
