On September 15, 2023, Super Group (SGHC) Limited (the “Company”) was notified by Eric Grubman, the chairman of the Company’s board of directors, that he purchased a total of 122,273 ordinary shares of the Company in open market transactions between September 7, 2023 and September 14, 2023, at an average price of approximately $3.60 per share.

Following the open market purchases described above, Mr. Grubman holds 1,851,407 ordinary shares. Mr. Grubman and his spouse are also trustees of trusts that hold an aggregate of 1,697,806 ordinary shares.
