transmission main.
Elster's Q.Sonic Plus meters deliver industry-leading diagnostic
analysis and path configuration technology for enhanced performance
and accuracy. The Q.Sonic Plus features several highly-engineered
capabilities that provide comprehensive measurement of gas
flow.
With the capability to operate in both upstream and downstream
environments and a patented six-path (16 measurement chords)
configuration technology, the Q.Sonic Plus provides the most
advanced and precise gas flow measurement.
"With the transition to natural gas, we selected Elster for its
proven performance in advanced measurement and diagnostic
capabilities," said Tom Liesemeyer,
Gas Superintendent, Nebraska City Utilities.
"Elster's Q.Sonic Plus meters will allow us to more precisely
monitor gas flow and give us the ability to bill customers
appropriately and accurately," Liesemeyer added.
"Elster is committed to meeting the rising demands of the
natural gas industry, for both utilization and power generation,"
said Roy Sutterfield, president,
Elster Gas North America.
"The Q.Sonic Plus ultrasonic technology offers an integrated
