                 Notice of Annual General Meeting - 18 May 2007

Zirax, the AIM quoted speciality chemical company focused on the development,
production and sale of oilfield process chemicals and de-icing solutions, today
announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the
offices of Clyde & Co, 51 Eastcheap, London, EC3M 1JP at 1000hrs on 18 May 2007.


The Notice of AGM and Proxy form has been posted to Shareholders today.
