YCO Group plc ("Y.CO" or the "Company"), a leading provider of specialist services to superyachts, announces that Mr Ian Petts yesterday resigned as Finance Director and from the Board.

He will continue to work with the Company until such time as an appropriate replacement Finance Director has been appointed and he will assist in ensuring an orderly handover of duties.
