                           Result of General Meeting                           

At today's General Meeting of the Company, for the purposes of considering
business and resolutions as set out in the General Meeting circular announced
on 15 May 2008, the first ordinary resolution to remove Messrs Stephen Thomson,
Dominic Berger and Mark Boughton as Directors of the Company with immediate
effect was defeated.

Ordinary resolutions two and three were not passed as they were subject to and
conditional to the passing of the first resolution.
