Completion of 2024 Share
Buyback Programme
London, 5 November
2024. Unilever PLC announces the
completion of the second and final tranche ("Second Tranche") of
its share buyback programme of up to €1.5 billion initially
announced on 8 February 2024 (the "Programme").
Under
the First Tranche which was announced on 17 May 2024, a total of
13,437,701 ordinary Unilever PLC shares were purchased with an
aggregate market value equivalent of €700,101,906.
Under
the Second Tranche which was announced on 13 September 2024, a
total of 13,931,208 ordinary Unilever PLC shares were purchased
with an aggregate market value equivalent of
€799,897,969.
