                                  AGM Statement 
 
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of customer engagement software, will 
be holding its Annual General Meeting in London at 11am today. At the meeting 
Michael Jackson, Chairman of the Company, will make the following statement: 
 
"Trading in the first part of the financial year has begun well and is in line 
with our expectations. We continue to make good progress with the integration of 
the Telephonetics business and products, and have made annualised cost savings 
to date of GBP1.0m. Our enlarged product portfolio now includes inbound and 
outbound call handling, callback, smart automation, workforce management and 
data unification, meaning we are well positioned to capitalise on the growing 
customer engagement market. 
 
"We continue to assess the consolidation possibilities in our industry. With our 
increased market presence and customer base together with our significant cash 
resources and high levels of recurring revenues, we remain confident in the 
future success of Netcall."
