The Company announces that is has today sent to shareholders the Company's 
Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2008 together with notice of the 
Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 9am (Malaysian time) on 23 July 
2009 at Malaysian Petroleum Club, Level 42, Tower 2, Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala 
Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 
 
 
The Annual Report will be available from today's date on the Company's website:

The Company also announces that effective 1 August 2009, its main business
