Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
 
 
 
IFR Capital PLC (AIM: IFR), the investment company focused on consolidation 
opportunities in the European food retail sector, is pleased to announce that at 
its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today the resolution to approve 
the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of its Ordinary Shares was 
duly passed. 
 
 
The last day of trading will be 4 February 2010 ahead of the Delisting at 7.00 
am on 5 February 2010. 
 
 
Defined terms in this announcement bear the same meanings as those defined in 
the Circular posted to Shareholders on 30 December 2009.
