Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Hurlingham announces that further to the proposed issue of shares referred to in
the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 14 March 2008, application has
been made for an additional 800,000 new ordinary shares of 75p each ("New
Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Trading in the New Ordinary Shares is expected to commence on 7 May 2008 and,
subsequent to their issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is
2,905,606.

The above figure of 2,905,606 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
