Settlement of deferred consideration

The Board of Enables IT, a leading provider of cloud computing, managed and professional services, announces that, further to the acquisition of The Support Force Group on 27 June 2013 and the announcement made on 31 March 2014, the Company has now applied for the admission of 1,158,445 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the remaining deferred consideration due to The Support Force Group ("Deferred Consideration"). The Deferred Consideration was subject to an early settlement discount in excess of 10%.

In addition, the Board has approved the issue of 60,000 Ordinary Shares as consideration for the purchase of certain assets and contracts from Performit Limited.

Application has been made for the 1,218,445 Ordinary Shares to be issued to the vendors as set out above and to be admitted to trading on AIM and such admission is expected to become effective on Thursday 17 July 2014.

Following the admission of the 1,218,445 Ordinary Shares, there will be 27,284,303 Ordinary Shares in issue. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
