Directors' Dealings

The Company has today been informed that Michael Walliss, Chief Executive Officer and Marcus Yeoman, Non-Executive Director each purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 27p each.

In addition, Mr. Yeoman transferred 114,478 ordinary shares from his existing personal holding to Springtime Consultants Limited, a company owned by Mr. Yeoman at a price of 26p per ordinary share. There is no change in beneficial interest resulting from this transfer.

Following these transactions, Mr. Walliss and Mr. Yeoman remain interested in 4,418,816 ordinary shares and 246,978 ordinary shares respectively, representing approximately 16.95 and 0.95 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
