Result of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that both of the resolutions set out in the notice of General Meeting included in the circular issued by the Company on 4 November 2013 relating to the placing of 6,835,000 new ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were duly passed at the General Meeting which was held today at 10.00 am.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 21 November 2013.

Following the admission of the 6,835,000 new Ordinary Shares, there will be 25,327,101 Ordinary Shares in issue. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
