Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting of ETP Securityholders of the Relevant Series dated 28 November 2022 and/or the Master Definitions Schedule relation to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 16 May 2022.

With effect from 20 December 2022, and until further notice, the ETP Securities of the Relevant Series are suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam and Borsa Italiana to allow for the Consolidation to be reflected across all trading platforms.
