lifecycle solutions, today announced that it has completed the
redemption of all of its outstanding 7.875% Senior Subordinated
Notes due 2011 (the "Notes"). The company used US$355.2 million of
its existing cash resources to settle the outstanding principal
amount of the Notes of US$339.4 million at a price of 101.969% plus
accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date. About Celestica
