                           RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING



               CHANGE OF NAME TO RESOURCES IN INSURANCE GROUP PLC



The Board of Claims People, the AIM quoted insurance claims facilities provider,
announces that at the Company's General Meeting held yesterday, the resolution
to change the Group's name was duly passed.



The Group is pleased to announce that effective as at 8:00am Monday 7 April
2008, Claims People will be renamed Resources in Insurance Group plc (RIIG.L).
This name change reflects the current and future activities in which the Group
participates, as it develops its strategy of providing wider insurance support
functions.
