Pursuant to clause 2.44(a)(2) of the bond trust deed dated 12 December 2013 Peabody Capital No 2 plc hereby notifies the holders of its GBP350,000,000 4.625 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2053 of the creation of its GBP450,000,000 3.25 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2048 (the New Bonds) pursuant to a bond trust deed dated 14 September 2018.
