The Company has recently become aware that Dominic J Burke, the Company's non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 6,250 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the 'Shares') on 14(th) November 2022 at a price of GBP 8.15 per Share. Dominic J Burke now has a resultant interest of 214,840 Shares, representing 6.42 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
