                           Shareholding Notification


The Company announces that on 14 October 2003, Barnard Nominees Limited sold
2,392,718 Ordinary Shares of 1p (representing 8.2 per cent of Incite's issued
Ordinary Share capital) at a price of 67p per share. Barnard Nominees Limited
now holds 5,334,309 Ordinary Shares (representing 18.33 per cent of Incite's
issued Ordinary Share capital).
