American Stock Exchange Launches RMR Asia Real Estate Fund

RMR Advisors, Inc.'s Sixth Closed-End Fund to List on the Amex NEW
YORK, May 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The American Stock
Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading common shares of RMR Asia
Real Estate Fund issued by RMR Advisors, Inc. under the ticker
symbol RAF. RMR Asia Real Estate Fund is a newly organized,
non-diversified, closed- end management investment company. Its
primary investment objective is to provide long-term capital
appreciation to its common stock shareholders. RMR Asia Real Estate
Fund attempts to achieve its objective by investing in common stock
or other equity securities, including preferred shares or debt
securities convertible into common stocks, of Asian real estate
companies. It is anticipated that under normal market conditions at
least 80% of assets will be invested in these types of securities.

for the RMR Asia Real Estate Fund, the approximate initial value of
the 4.75 million shares priced today is $95 million, excluding the
underwriter's over allotment option. The underwriting syndicate is
led by RBC Capital Markets and Wachovia Securities. The specialist
in the new fund is Weiskopf, Silver & Co. The Amex currently
lists 149 closed-end funds with $32 billion in assets. The American
