You have to love the financial shenanigans. While I agree that writing up the assets and writing down the liabilities upon the dissolution of Third Bench from the rest of the company (Title King) can be considered appropriate to restore the financials to just that of Title King, the challenging of the conversion of Preferred B to common is ludicrous since it was a Canouse idea in the first place.   Big deal if it doesn't happen anyways, 360 million shares is a drop in the bucket as to how many shares have been diluted since Sept 1, over 2 billion thru yesterday, with another 40 million this morning.

If this is the new CEO's big move then it's just window dressing.  Hopefully it doesn't take him as long to find a new company than it has for his own penny stock company.

They extinguished all of the Series B Preferred's and converted them into 360 million common shares which gets Fair out of the picture.

Frondeur Partners holds 1.2 billion shares, assuming that they haven't sold any restricted shares, but who knows as that was to pay off convertible debt. The owner of Frondeur is a buddy of Hicks (Trillium).

Another 600 million shares was issued to Canouse to partially pay off some of his convertible debt.

Those two transactions (Frondeur and Canouse) were to pay off $143,000 of principal, interest, and fees.

Yep!! Scam!

Let me speak on this.....Once upon a time, when this was $NECA, Cannouse ran this to the moon, almost reached a penny, each and everytime they released updated filings, the pps continued upward! All of a sudden, it took a drastic drop before bell open one day and wiped out most before any shareholder had a chance to even react. Since this (about 2 years) it has been nonstop constant dilution with Cannouse and his new Crony Fair that came into the mixed and offered up a absolutely ridiculous RS that again....wiped out most, I think it was like a 1:5000, basically I went from millions down to about 85K here. Its gone to NO BID after the split happen in which it was .05, then immediately tanked to nothing......again,,,,never ending dilution with FAIR has kept this at ..0001-.0003 area with no signs of hope, news, update, nothing, just silence and criminal activity. Hence here comes another new CEO that apparently doesnt have shareholders in mind either as we've hit NO bid again about 4 times recently and no updates or news, just that one day of massive volume which got dumped into and hasnt returned since then as of a few weeks ago. Bottomline....been a shitshow for sometime now.....only a few of us like myself, Bri123. tigerpac and another have been here for the long duration to watch this disaster continue to play out. Please any of my fellow $NECA/$THBD peeps, if I missed or left out parts of the SHITSHOW, please update!
