I laughed when an X pumper called THBD a low float stock. Some know the truth by most have no idea what is hidden behind the THBD curtain.

Same share dilution scheme going with TRSI utilizing the Davis Kitchen entity.

Actually there is more news but it buried in the Subsequent Events portion of the Trophy Resources (TRSI) quarterly report.
For those that don't know TRSI is a James Canouse company (Jeff's brother). Their one revenue producing asset is Jumpstart Emtertainment which has been James' family business for many years (kids gym in a warehouse)and has been in and out of many of the Canouse shells.
On Oct 28, 2025 Trophy Resources closed transactions contemplated by a Share Exchange Agreement among the Company, L.L. Industries (dba Davis Kitchens) and the shareholders of Davis Kitchens. Pursuant to the Agreement, Davis Kitchens became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and the shareholders of Davis Kitchens were issued preferred stock representing 95% of the total issued and outstanding voting stock of the company. Jonathan Charles Bianco was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the company.  Additionally, Jump Start Family Entertainment LLC was spin off to its formers members and is no longer a subsidiary of the company.
I thought Davis Kitchens was part of the David Fair Third Bench that he took back from Jeff Canouse. In addition Bianco is now CEO of Davis Kitchens.
All is know is that Trophy Resources has a ton of shares waiting to be sold on unsuspecting rubes.  My guess for TRSI to drop the news to the public is 12/5 or 12/8 which coincides with the date Jeff Canouse dropped news of NECA "buying" Fair's companies.
You guys can do the rest of the digging. Sucks for the THBD symbol and they will likely try to pump TRSI.

The shell is still current. Figure Canouse is still looking for reverse mergers/split candidates. Problem is that he has a dozen shells just like THBD. Not hard to believe that everyone failed but billions of shares issued in each one with hundreds of billions sitting in the wings.

Any kind of PR would be great. Anything. Just so we know who is alive.

There are any number of insiders who are willing and able to sell shares if given a chance. The more gullible buyers they can find only helps them with their cause.

Yes, but they have been for awhile now. When they get out, that thins out the upper ask levels, so they (eventually) become easier to get through. There was a little over 105M shares at 2 on the ask yesterday. So the question is if this mornings volume came from someone who was at 2 changing their sell order to 1, or if someone higher up decided to get out at 1.

The problem though, is from flippers that get shares at 1 and immediately place a sell order at 2. That slows things down.

21 million volume but in the downside, looks like people are trying to get out desperately

Bid size is starting to build up. That's a good sign. People want to buy it, but they aren't ready to pay the ask price yet. Need a PR to get this thing rolling.

This company will have to do a reverse split eventually.  2.8 billion OS, 50B authorized, at LEAST 52 billion shares in convertible notes, probably another couple billion for other debts.

Lets hope so. 2's are getting thinner, but that may just be from people changing their sell orders down to 1.

JP Carey (Canouse) and Third Bench reached a settlement in the Rees loan dispute before the case went to trial. All parties agreed to let go of all accusations, claims, and potential counterclaims. It hasn't been disclosed as to how they are settling other than they just don't want to do it in front of a judge.

A press release would be great....

If you remember that lawsuit filed by Travis Sherwood of Las Cruces Caninets (a subsidiary of Sher-wood), he claimed that Third Bench breached its contract with him by failing to pay him commissions on sales he had completed and also claimed the company failed to fulfill some customer orders.
His complaint accuse Third Bench and two of its officiers of fraud, claiming owners David Fair and David Rees have operated the business without adequate capitalization "for their personal benefit and profit" asking the courts to set aside the protections of LLC's and hold the two personally liable.
Sherwood also seeking unspecified punitive and statutory damages.
The complaint alludes to an allegation by the company that Sherwood wrongfully competed with Third Bench, denying that claim and stating that he began to work for a competing business only after Third Bench failed to deliver on orders he had sold.

You had to know that Fair's "partnership" with David Rees was going to come back and bite him.
Rees apparently secured a $1.5 million loan by concealing his prior securities conviction and his connection to the recipient company, Third Bench.
David Rees acted as the introducing party, but he, his girlfriend Melissa Handley, and business affiliate David Fair shielded Reeds criminal record and involvement in Third Bench, plaintiffs JP Carey and Trillium Partners told the US District Court for the District of New Mexico.   Third Bench has since defaulted on its loan payment.

I googled Rees (and his law firm based on company address) right away right as it became Third Bench was involved and his convictions came up. Granted Canouse and whomever the lender was were probably doing due diligence six month prior.  IF Fair and Handley didn't disclose Rees when making application, then I can see a big issue, especially if it Rees that received the money and is now unable to pay back.
