Notice how all of the pumps now involve locations overseas? Dubai, Portugal and India are the new DPLS hotspots for development and "contracts." All unverifiable. Even the accounting is done offshore by a firm located in........wait for it.......Nigeria😂

The new pump is actually an old one. The paid pumpers on twits are trying to reconstitute the Moonland pump complete with mentions of the EMMA'S website. They cite "historical mentions of the Dark Pulse JV." Oh....and best yet..Moonland can be "retrofitted"😂

Well....it looks like S-1 denny will have to hire better pumpers if this is all they can come up with. A worn out pump from four years ago, that everyone knows was a lie, just isnt going to cut it. But hey, it was a great vacation for S-1 denny though. He had a great time touring Egypt's sand relics on the shareholder's dime.

Notice how controlled the dilution is these days. Just within striking distance of .01 if the next fake pump takes root. All that has to happen is for SP to close above .01 for one session and that resets the QB clock. Im sure all the players are on deck for this outcome.

In order to be a publicly traded company
there are expenses such as a full time controller
who deserves a paycheck
and has also agreed to a reduced salary for the last couple years.

A CPA is required to assist with the filings
and the auditors need to be paid as well.

The SEC filings also cost money to file and the transfer agent.

* Patent fees need to be paid.

* OTC listing fees need to be paid.

* Taxes need to be paid
* Rent needs to paid
* Manufacturing engineering companies need to be paid.

Guess who’s agreed not to be paid ?

Company management including board members.
