Weeks before the rally, there were lots of 500k buy blocks appearing on a daily basis. Hopefully one of the companies agreed to purchase those shares with the intention of retiring them later on.

I hope the update is along the lines of a share buyback and retirement, because if that's the case this bad boy actually flies to outter space, and hopefully they say its 75% of the OS that they get rid of, so that the share structure allows for a more impactful climb through the sub penny arena

SMX IS GOING TO BE THE PARTNER OF YBYRA.$$$. monster money is on smx. ybyra has the money, smx has the world wide product that whole world needs. hmbl gets almost nothing and they got billions of shares. smx got very little.

I think we will see a dime within a month. Deservedly. I think Foote screwed things up in the beginning. Not all his fault - the SEC screwed his plans for a crypto ETX. I think Mark Grado screwed over everyone because he was rewarded for his contributions with 30% of the company's stock and he dumped - he must have known that his selling would doom the company. But Foote spent a ton of money while the stock was going towards $2. He was on top of the world and thought money was free.

I think Foote had his eyes opened about a year and a half ago. He cleaned up the balance sheet very well. He is now putting together a deal with a small handful of leaders, all working together to make something great. Foote could have gone in any direction - government wallet, ticketing/venue management, real estate titles, currency exchange, social media, a better apple wallet... even a stock exchange that eliminated manipulation or national voting method. All are possible with HMBL and some day we may see any or all of them. We are likely looking at real estate titles, but more importantly, a process of commodity exchange - think stock market for coffee, gold, silver, and frozen orange juice (throwback to trading places movie) from options trading to currency exchange, to product delivery. This is a multi trillion dollar industry and the 3 participants believe they can offer something that eliminates manipulation, provides accuracy in orders, does currency exchange at a cheaper rate, and delivers the product in an efficient way. I am very excited about this choice even though it wasn't exactly on my radar. Foote has a winner here.

I think for us, we will see maybe 8 cents pretty quickly. Then, I think we will be sitting on the finalization of the deals. Maybe til the end of March. I know that some people wont make it til March. There is money to be had at .08. I think the real money will be later. After we get to NASDAQ. After they set up a system. First time around I made $8.6 mil, but kept $500k in because I understood what Foote was doing. Total disaster of $500k, but at that point it was pocket change. I plan on cashing out about half this time and maybe holding the balance indefinitely - just because I can see what they are doing and I want to be part of it.

Don't be spooked that I day trade this on occasion. I am here to make money, but I want the best for this company. If I get the opportunity to stick it to those who think they can short a stock that is overvalued, I will take it. I think I managed to do that today. Looking strictly at the charts, I could have made double easily by allowing the stock to drop below .0018 today. If we dropped below the 50ema on the 30min chart, I could have bought back at .001.

yep. I used to daytrade this pretty regularly. This week I only day traded it today - mostly because there was such an opportunity. Not sure who saw it, but we had maybe 250mil shares sold in the first 15minutes. Then no volume to speak of. We had a gap up, no volume, and the daily chart was well above the bb. The stock was set up for the perfect fall. I sold 96mil shares - roughly 15% of my holding. When they tried to bring the price below .0020, I bought up the shares from .0019 (it got to .0018, but I didn't get any of those shares) to .0022. I bought again with the second group of bashers coincidentally visiting us. That attack failed too. I only got 74.4 mil back before close. I had hoped to bring the price above the open before the close, but they woudn't fill my buy at the ask. I had 2 open orders at 2:57 central time - each for 6 mil shares. The first one finally sold, but the second one they sold me four 10k share orders within the last minute. I was the last trade of the day even though there was over a mil shares at the ask. Two 440k share trades went off in between my buys. Bunch of crap.

It does when it comes to Otc!! Big boards are a little more predictable but your gains will be smaller unless you have Big money!! OTC is about seasons!! Rdar was the next contestant to hit .002 from trips!! As more continue to move up the rest will follow!! Just because you're not first in line doesn't mean you won't have the opportunity to make the most!! Trust the process!!

The daily chart is the first thing I check in the morning and throughout the day. I don't do "head and shoulders," "teacup," "tin soldiers"... I know them, but don't focus on them... too complicated while doing other things. Instead, I focus on some easy basics. BB's are one of the keys with this stock. Next I look at 30 minute charts. Couple things happened here - gap up, slowing of volume (really good first 20 minutes, but then fizzled), support and resistance. That and a bit of manipulation. Spelled a down day - no big deal, Monday may be good if we get volume, otherwise - look at my previous post. Tuesday should be very good, but as each day affects the others, that is subject to change. On Monday morning, if you ask if we will have a good day, the answer is always yes. Why? Because this is my job - all days are good.

Somehow I find them useful.I didn’t say I don’t know charting, I said it simply doesn’t work with subpenny pinkies. Take for example - the daily chart: It could have started out much better, but it was always going to open above the BB's. That is fine if volume comes with it. It had the volume in the first half hour and then died. If nothing else, seeing the stock above the BB with a definite slowing in volume caused a miraculous occurrence - a dozen bashers all came to warn us about holding onto the stock... as if it was planned - all with the exact same message. This was a clue... take a look.

They own 30% of Ybsra. Every asset on YBSRA's balance sheet was transferred to them back in April of 2023. The assets consist of fertilizer...which you should already be aware of. Those assets are from ... HERMES AGRO TRADE INVESTIMENTOS LTDA . Those assets were bought on credit!!!!!!!!!!!

Those bull shite' assets are now being used as deposits into other balance sheets via share acquisitions. It's a dummy asset. You all need to reed all of their filings and news releases. Your answers are there....you are being played yet once again so be very careful and play accordingly. And remember..any money you bank is on the backs of others.

I guess me stating that I was happy especially around Christmas time that a lot of people either got whole after holding for a few years or at least a nice chunk back I guess that part went right over your head?

Can't trade something that doesn't move because the note holder is dumping billions of shares into the OS!  Volume will die off next week and the note holders are probably not done so the pps will suffer!  The gap up this morning was a bull trap and ppl fell for it...  look at the chart!  Those shareholders don't stand a chance against all the selling!  You should at least TRY and figure out what's going on before you speak and look at the trading action!  I'm not buying a 21B float stock to hopefully flip it for 2-4 ticks   Best of luck to you with your strategy on this one

Yeah yeah yeah yeah as many got the biggest best surprise Before Christmas. I myself are always happy when those that were stuck in a stock for a year or two ended up coming out whole or at least made a good chunk of money back.

Because it's a bloated pig and they are diluting the crap out of it that's why it couldn't move off .002's   This reminds me of HCMC a few years ago!  All these ppl pumping a stock that has billions and billions in the trading float and they are adding shares like no tomorrow!   It might move but not very far that's for certain!   Way to big and will be heading into RS land soon!  Check out OTCM and have a look for yourself!! 

I traded it too yesterday and the day before, in and out. The volume and dilutive shares here are not sustainable. It's way over bloated. The volumes will disperse to other tickers, and rightfully so.

The more negative you are on this stock the more it will grow….keep up the good work!

That last sentence is spot on!  Anything that trades at this level that can't move is a massive pile of NOTHING!!  Be sure to check otcm on Monday and have your eyeballs fall out!!  

I agree the SS is way bloated. It will be a massive rs before uplist unless they have the funds to retire a whole bunch of shares.
