SEC charged investment adviser Sabby Management LLC & managing partner,Hal D. Mintz,w/ fraud in connection w/ a long running scheme involving misrepresentations & violations of rules for short selling & order making, + other violative trading, that generated $2M + in illegal profits.


From at least March 2017-May 2019 Sabby|Mintz repeatedly circumvented trading rules to conduct unlawful trades in the stock of 10 PUBLIC COMPANIES. Sabby |Mintz engaged in illegal “naked short selling” by intentionally|improperly placing short sales when they knew or were reckless in not knowing that they had not borrowed or located the shares, & then failed to make timely delivery of the shares. I think it is all really simple. These people are here attacking this stock with a claimed " no vested interest". Could you imagine these same people standing at the slots in a casino telling you not to put your money in the machine or standing at the counter at your local 7-11 telling you not to buy those scratch offs or lotto tickets because you have no chance of winning. The odds are much better here. And the " no vested interest" is BS. Trying to get cheaper shares for themselves or the boss. HMBL will be fine.

HMBL is going to start moving up very soon. Likely starting as early as Monday, but definitely after Jan 15th. If there are people trying to keep the price down, they may not want anyone to interfere.

The MM's don't need to sell any shares below the ask or above the bid. As a general rule, the MM's will take any difference for themselves. This was very odd - on rare occasions, maybe, but this frequently with a wall on the ask? No way...and I have been trading for a very long time.

Sounds plausible to me. If it weren't true, someone was really quick to make sure others didn't know about it. Wonder why? HMBL could possibly have been a target. Makes sense that someone would send people to yell "scam" every chance they get. If they start saying that HMBL has blood on their hands, I will know the conspiracy theories must be true.

For those following along that don't know what that means.... You put in an order to buy at .0009, but they fill it at .00085. The market makers were so kind that they kept giving me stock for halfway between the bid and ask. At 30mil shares, that is a $3k savings! Why would they do that? I guarantee I was not the only one either. They didn't want me or others to either take out the ask, or they didn't want the wall to be reduced enough for people to think the wall was weak, while they were buying back at the bid. Even a toxic loan converter would allow the stock to rise a bit before dumping into it. Why sell at .0008 when you can sell at .0009?
