Holdings, Ltd. (OTCQB: AJGH), a leading developer, manufacturer

in China, today announced that it
has signed a marketing partnership agreement with US Gulf Coast
Energy Inc., a manufacturing of alternative, environmentally
friendly, renewable biofuels in the
United States.
Under the agreement, American Jianye and Gulf Coast Energy Inc.,
will jointly form a new company in state of Alabama, to cross-promote and market their
respective competitive advantage in alcohol-based fuel .
Specifically, Gulf Coast Energy will market American Jianye's
unique alcohol-based fuels to its existing fuel stations customers
and other fuel distributors.

collaboration agreement with Gulf Coast Energy as its "US retail
chain management" growth strategy designed to speed up the
development of its clean fuel retail business. It is anticipated
that American Jianye will expanded its distribution network
extensively throughout much of United
States over the next several years through its existing
expansion strategy, and the joint marketing with Gulf Coast Energy
Inc. will help accelerate these expansion efforts particularly for
retail automotive gas station operators.
