STOCKHOLM--Swedish home-appliance manufacturer Electrolux AB (ELUX-B.SK) on Friday proposed the election of Henrik Henriksson and Karin Overbeck as new members of the board of directors.

Henrik Henriksson is Chief Executive of Scania AB and a board member of Hexagon AB (HEXA-B.SK).

Karin Overbeck is Chief Executive of Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions GmbH and has previously held various senior positions within KAO Corp. (4452.TO) as well as in L'Oreal SA (OR.FR), Tchibo and Unilever PLC (UL).
