On May 11, 2009 CNB Corporation mailed to shareholders its quarterly
shareholder financial report which discloses the results of operations of the
Company for the three months ended March 31, 2009 and March 31, 2008 and the
financial condition of the Company as of March 31, 2009 and March 31, 2008.
