in negotiations for two additional acquisitions in the software
technology field. The Company will continue towards finalizing
these discussions and details will be made available for public
dissemination upon completion.
On June 5, 2012 and July 16, 2012 the Company issued press releases
addressing the business model with potential revenue, and its
acquisition of MyLottoClicks software from Helpful Technologies,
Inc. The Company and Helpful Technologies, Inc. want to clarify
that the referenced projections and pro-formas including gross
revenues and resultant possible Company capitalization were merely
broad hypothetical estimates based upon having the capital to
exploit the software and gain market acceptance of the software.
