held, due to lack of corm.

Consequently, according to the decision of the Board of Directors, The First
General Meeting of Shareholders to decide upon postponed items from the
Axtraordinary General Meeting is convened on Tuesday October 14, 2003 at 10.30
a.m. at the Athens Hilton.
