Precision Enterprises Inc.: Corporate Update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec 17, 2013) - Precision Enterprises Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:PSC.H) (the "Company") announces that the effective date for its name change to Allante Resources Ltd. and the consolidation of its issued share capital on a three (3) old shares for one (1) new share basis will be December 18, 2013.

Accordingly, at market open on December 18, 2013, the Company's common shares will commence trading as Allante Resources Ltd. under TSX-V trading symbol: ALL. However, trading in the common shares of the Company is halted at present. It is unlikely that the Company's common shares will resume trading until the Acquisition (see News Release November 19, 2013) is completed.

A Letter of Transmittal is being mailed to registered shareholders regarding the consolidation and name change, which describes the procedure that must be followed in order for registered shareholders to receive replacement share certificate(s).
