ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company" or “ZIM”) hereby announces that its EVP HR & Organization, Mr.
Guillermo Codner, informed the Company of his decision to depart from the Company for personal reasons. Mr. Codner is expected to complete his tenure with the Company in the near term.
