In the news release, HCA Shareholders Approve Merger With Private Equity Consortium, issued earlier today by HCA Inc. over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that the second paragraph, second sentence should read, "Of those shares voting, 283.5 million shares voted in favor of the adoption of the merger agreement, representing 72.9% of HCA's total outstanding voting shares" rather than "283.2 million shares voted in favor" as originally issued inadvertently.
