Pursuant to a media release dated Febuary 17th, 2004 WHIS delivered a fully completed pilot project vehicle to the Navy as part of an enhanced military applications program initiated by Whistler Investments during Q1 of 2004. The project vehicle will serve as a trial with the United States Navy and will presently undergo a series of tests with the Navy.
