Attached is the English translation of the summary of the payment notice related to the Company’s Series XLVI Fixed Rate Notes in a principal amount of USD 28,553,518 due 2027.

The Company informs that on January 20, 2025, will start the payment of the first installment of interests related to the Series XLVI Notes issued on July 18, 2025.
