                                 AGM STATEMENT

      CONFIDENT OF ANOTHER GOOD RESULT IN A DIFFICULT TRADING ENVIRONMENT

Gavin Johnson, the Chairman of Vista Group, will make the following statement on
current trading  at the Annual General Meeting to be held later today in Prenton
Way, North Cheshire Trading Estate, Wirral, Merseyside:

"Despite the fact that our major customer went into receivership during the year
ended 31 December 2004, we had a successful first year as a public company with
profit before tax, goodwill amortisation and exceptional items amounting to
#610,677 on turnover of #7.85 million.  In a year when material costs rose and
competition was fierce, we believe this was a highly creditable result.

The markets in which we operate remain competitive but with rolling contracts
from Cruden Construction, Hankinsons and HT Forest, who supply Bolton
Metropolitan Borough Council, we have a good order book to sustain us through a
tough trading environment.  The 5 year contract with Connaught to supply Wirral
Borough Council is progressing well and the sales team is active in looking for
new business.

Although this will not be an easy year for Vista, we are continuing to invest in
our production facilities with capital expenditure of #150,000 budgeted for the
current financial year as we look to improve efficiency throughout our
operations.  While market pressures will remain intense, we have an excellent
range of PVC door panels and composite doors and I am confident that we will
produce another good result for the year as a whole.
