Chippenham, UK, 1 October 2021: Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC;
"Vectura" or "the Company") confirms that on 29 September 2021, it
was notified of a sale of shares and that Ocorian Trustees (Jersey)
Limited ("Ocorian") as trustee of the Vectura Group Employee
Benefit Trust, transferred shares to the Executive Directors in
satisfaction of options vesting in connection with the PMI Offer,
