Board Changes

Rethink Group (AIM:RTG), one of the UK's leading talent management and recruitment services companies, is pleased to confirm that, following his appointment as Interim Non-Executive Chairman in July 2013, John O'Sullivan has become permanent Chairman of the Group. John was a founder and has been a Non-Executive Director of Rethink since March 2005. In addition Rethink is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Felton as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board with immediate effect.

Ben has a proven track record of providing strong financial management and driving significant improvements in organisational efficiency, particularly within the recruitment sector.

Prior to joining Rethink, Ben was the Chief Financial Officer at Norman Broadbent plc (AIM:NBB), an executive search group headquartered in London with operations around the world. In his five years at Norman Broadbent, he led the finance team, developed internal systems and controls to monitor and manage risks within the business and supported the implementation of the Group's corporate strategy.

Previous positions include Financial Control Fixed Income - Emerging Markets, at UBS Investment Bank and Audit Supervisor - Audit and Assurance, at Reeves & Co LLP (formerly FW Stephens). He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from the University of Sheffield.
