                   Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited 
 
                                Issue of Equity 
 
On 24th February 2010, Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (the 
"Company") issued for cash 390,365 participating redeemable preference shares of 
US$1 each, which rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue ("New 
Shares"). The issue price per share is US$10.12 per share. 
 
The proceeds of the placing will be used primarily to make a further investment 
in Strata Energy Services ("Strata") to enable Strata to manufacture equipment 
necessary to commence operations pursuant to a new series of contracts in 
Mexico. 
 
Applications have been made for the New Shares to be admitted to the Official 
List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock 
Exchange on 1st March 2010. 
 
The Company has the capacity to issue a further 328,305 participating redeemable 
preference shares of US$1 each without issuing a prospectus.

As a result of this allotment, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now 
stands at 7,577,075, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 
7,577,075. 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
