Change of Name and AIM Rule 26 Compliance


Synarbor PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, subsequent to approval
by shareholders on 18 October 2007, its name has changed from Public Recruitment
Group PLC with immediate effect, and in compliance with AIM Rule 26, details of
the Company are now available on the website address www.synarbor.com.


Resignation of Director


The Company today also announces that as part of the groups' restructure and new
direction, it has been resolved by mutual agreement that Matt Ellis will step
down from the board and leave the group with immediate effect.


Background


Synarbor is a leading provider of qualified teachers and social workers to the
UK public sector. The name change is aimed at exploiting internal synergies
within the Company following the amalgamation of the education and social work
divisions in 2006. It also mirrors the Government's restructuring of the
Department for Education and Skills (DfES) to the Department for Children,
Schools and Families (DfCSF).



Commenting on the changes, Dean Kelly, CEO of Synarbor said:

"It is clear that there is a growing need for a coherent support services
offering to the educational and social care sectors that goes beyond recruitment
and human resourcing to include procurement and learning services. And we have
repositioned and restructured the Company to make sure it has the optimum
structure to be able to reflect these changing needs."
