Non-executive Director of Portland Gas plc, has today transferred 20,400 
ordinary shares from a family trust to his personal name at 116.75p each. 
 
 
Mr Davies' total beneficial shareholding in Portland Gas remains unchanged 
at 575,400 ordinary shares, representing 0.81% of the issued and voting 
share capital of the Company.
