Notification of Board Changes. 
 
Northern Foods plc announced on 24 November 2010 the appointment of Simon 
Herrick as Acting Chief Executive and Steve Henderson as Acting Chief Financial 
Officer (a non-Board position). 
 
Following the announcement of 7 April 2011 confirming that the offer by BH 
Acquisitions Limited to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary 
share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares) made on 9 February 
2011 had become unconditional in all respects, Northern Foods plc announces 
that with effect from 12 April 2011 Simon Herrick and Steve Henderson have 
resumed their roles as Group Finance Director and Group Financial Controller 
respectively.
