Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), for the purposes of convening an extraordinary general meeting for the proposal to consider proposed changes to the investment objective and policy of the Fund and certain other changes.
