Fidessa group plc (“the Company”)

On 11^th November 2015, Andy Skelton, a director of the Company, was granted an award of 10,000 Fidessa group plc ordinary shares under Part B the Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (“DABP”).  As stated in the Company's announcement of 18^th August 2015, this award represents a buyout of remuneration forfeited by Andy Skelton on leaving his previous employer and was granted in accordance with the rules governing Part B of the DABP and vests three years after grant provided he is still employed in the Company’s group at that time.
