Fidessa group plc ("the Company")

Awards in respect of 2014 bonuses were granted on 20th March 2015 under the
Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan ("DABP") to various persons
discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"s) of the Company. Awards were
granted in accordance with the rules governing the DABP and awards vest three
years after grant provided the participant is still employed in the Company's
group at that time. Details of awards granted to PDMRs are as set out in the
table below.
