Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Enables IT Group plc (AIM: EIT), a leading provider of cloud computing, managed and professional services, is pleased to announce today that Mark Elliott, aged 55, is to become permanent Chief Financial Officer with effect from 05 March 2014. Mark is currently a member of the Board and interim Chief Financial Officer.

Mark Elliott joined Enables IT in May 2013 as Non-Executive Director before becoming Interim Chief Financial Officer in September 2013. Mark is a Chartered Accountant and former partner at Baker Tilly, where he was a partner specialising in audit and corporate finance.

Michael Walliss, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"Mark has been a tremendous asset to the Group since his appointment as interim Chief Financial Officer and I'm very pleased to be able to welcome him on board permanently. He has a great deal of corporate experience, and brings with him a wide skillset that we believe will be invaluable to Enables IT as the Group pursues its growth strategy.
