Issue of Equity and Total Voting
Rights
ECO Animal
Health Group plc (AIM: EAH), a rapidly growing global animal health
company with a portfolio of marketed veterinary products and a
maturing proprietary R&D pipeline, announces that Christopher
Wilks, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised options over 14,782
ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5
pence per Ordinary Share under the Company's Deferred Bonus
Scheme. These share options were issued to Mr Wilks on 24
September 2021 as one-third of his bonus award for the year ended
31 March 2021 and were subject to a three year vesting period in
accordance with the rules of the scheme.
Following this transaction, Christopher Wilks'
total interest in the Company is 173,877 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.26 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
Application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for 14,782 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. Admission and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares is
expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 15 October 2024.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu
with the existing Ordinary Shares.
Total Voting
Rights
Following Admission, the Company's total issued
share capital will consist of 67,759,671 Ordinary Shares with one
voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary
Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the
Company is therefore 67,759,671.
The above figure of 67,759,671 may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
