100% of Clients Surveyed Rate CTG HealthCare Solutions as 'Best/One
of Best' As reported in KLAS Enterprises First Professional
Services Report CINCINNATI, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- CTG HealthCare
Solutions, Inc. (CTGHS), a leading information technology
consulting firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, has
been rated one of the top two implementers in the area of acute
care clinical information technology systems in KLAS Enterprises
Professional Services Study*. 100% of CTGHS clients surveyed in the
report rated the company as their "Best/One of the Best" consulting
experiences. KLAS' first professional services study of acute care
clinical and financial implementations, released in October, 2004,
reported performance data collected from over 150 healthcare
participants. The Professional Services report analyzed sixteen
firms providing professional implementation services, including
Capgemini, Cerner, Eclipsys, First Consulting, and Healthlink. The
study also found that CTGHS has implemented acute care clinical
systems for a wider range of industry software products than any
other professional services firm participating in the study. "CTGHS
has been privileged to collaborate with many great clients over the
last 15 years, which in turn has enabled us to hone our
implementation methodology across all vendor products. We believe
our success is grounded in the integration of strong project
management, clinical/business process redesign, and
product/technical expertise. We're delighted that KLAS has begun to
evaluate professional services firms; it gives us all valuable
feedback for enhancing our services to the industry," said Clair
Detraz, Vice President for Strategic Planning and Marketing. The
survey, which included both a comprehensive questionnaire and
in-depth interviews with respondents, further reflected high
customer satisfaction in CTGHS' highest ratings, earned in response
to the questions, "Would you buy services again?" and "Would you
recommend to a friend/peer?" CTGHS also received high marks for its
well-trained and professional staff, outscoring its competitors in
the 'proactive staff" category and achieving top scores in the
categories of 'lived up to expectations,' and 'impact on [client's]
personal job performance.' According to the survey, healthcare
provider organizations most often reported selecting CTGHS to
implement IT systems based on its reputation for clinical
expertise. "We're honored and pleased to have received such high
marks from our clients," commented Tom Niehaus, President, CTGHS.
"We feel that our high ratings on the KLAS survey validate our
consistent focus on specialized software implementation, close
customer collaboration, and knowledge transfer from our experts to
client staff." ABOUT CTGHS CTGHS helps healthcare institutions and
