Clydeport acquires Kvaerner shipyard site

Clydeport plc today announces that it has acquired the Govan shipyard
on the south bank of the River Clyde in Glasgow from Kvaerner for a
consideration of #2.25 million. The 80-acre site has simultaneously been
leased under a new 20 year lease to BAE Systems.
