As at the close of business on 30 March 2012, the unaudited net asset values per Share were as follows:

Share class NAV Monthly
                           performance
------------ ---------- ------------

Dividends were declared on 15 March 2012 of USD0.0330 per USD Share, EUR0.0250 per EUR Share and USD0.0100 per C Share. Excluding the dividend, the USD Share class NAV decreased by 1.75% and the EUR Share class NAV decreased by 1.77% in March.

The NAV increase is net of an accrued performance fee (estimated at USD0.0128 per USD Share, EUR0.0122 per EUR Share) reflecting the fact that the NAV and distributions to the end of the month for all Share classes were in excess of their respective thresholds.
